Bill Gardner
President & CEO
Bill is the President and CEO of Wright Contracting, Inc. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to founding Wright Contracting, Bill was a principal at Johnson & Galyon where he was Executive Vice President of Pre-Construction Services and a Senior Project Manager. Through the course of his 25 years in the construction industry, Bill’s notable projects include numerous difficult and high profile projects in the Knoxville area. He has extensive experience with Construction Management, Design Build and Design-Bid-Build contracts. Bill prides himself on being a forward thinking problem solver with a “hands on” approach. His leadership and experience make him an invaluable asset to any project.

Brian Snider
General Superintendent
Brian is the General Superintendent at Wright Contracting. In addition to supervising projects, he takes an active role in the selection, training and mentoring of other superintendents and field personnel. Through the course of his 25 years in the construction industry, he has owned and operated a successful construction company specializing in multi-family housing. Brian takes personal pride in all projects that he is associated with. His commitment to quality and his friendly demeanor consistently produce successful projects with happy clients.

Rachel Gardner
CFO
Rachel is the CFO of Wright Contracting, Inc. She is a graduate of Arizona State with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and North Carolina State with a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering. Rachel’s core responsibilities include financial operations, human resources and administration. She also estimates and manages projects as workload dictates. Prior to founding Wright Contracting, Rachel worked as a Senior Field Engineer for Schlumberger Well Services and a Controls Engineer for Lankford Engineering. Rachel’s attention to detail and organization skills enable us to have the project management and accounting systems to smoothly execute large projects with demanding administrative requirements.

Michael Kuhn
Senior Superintendent
Mike is a Senior Superintendent at Wright Contracting. He is also responsible for field operations of work on the ORNL campus. Through the course of his 30 years in the construction industry Mike has owned and operated successful construction companies specializing in the concrete and masonry trades. Mike is hard working, energetic and looks after the interest of all team members. This partnering approach builds trust and enables him to resolve conflicts quickly and fairly.
